General Terms and Conditions
Homeplus is the trading name of Coslo (Chatham) Limited.
Homeplus will hereinafter be referred to as 'we' or 'us'.
Your use of and purchase of products from this site is governed by the terms and conditions set out below.
We may at any time make changes to this site and the details displayed on it - including prices.
Prices, Payment and Delivery, Returns Policy and Money back Guarantee
All prices for goods displayed for sale on this site are inclusive of VAT.
Delivery will be charged in accordance with our Delivery areas and charges, please phone for more details.
We cannot provide any goods until payment has been received in full (including applicable delivery charges). Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order via email to the email address that you use to log in to your Homeplus account (or by telephone). Delivery arrangements will be made via email or telephone within 72 hours of acceptance of your order and goods will normally be delivered within 14 to 21 days of acceptance of your order. Once this agreement has been made it will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.
Credit and Debit Card Payments
All card payments are processed securely for you by Bank of Scotland Merchant Services. The cardholders address must match the delivery address. This will be verified by our card payment provider Commidea. The total amount you pay is the same regardless of your payment card type.
Returns Policy
Our returns and refunds policy is in addition to your legal rights.
When you buy a product which we deliver to you, you may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before delivery or within 7 days after delivery by:
- Returning the product to us (you will need to bring your sales advice and the credit/debit card used for payment); or
- Calling us on 01233 633928 or Contact us via email to cancel the order (or part of it) and arrange collection. This will incur a collection charge of £50 including VAT (collections from Greater London will incur a collection charge of £100 including VAT).
This is subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, as new, and in a saleable condition.
2. Products which are made to measure or adapted to your requirements cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless they are faulty)
- If you return the product to a store you must provide proof of purchase and we may ask for two forms of identification (proof of address) to help combat fraud.
- You will receive a full refund of the price paid (including relevant delivery charges) less any collection charges. If the product has been returned and after inspection accepted for return, a refund will be provided immediately. If the product has been collected a refund will follow within 30 days, after inspection.
- We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund without a receipt or acceptable proof of purchase.
- In some instances where conditions of the above have not been met, we may still accept the return, although we reserve the right to charge a 10% administrative and holding fee as well as the collection fee.
Money Back Guarantee
We hope that you are delighted with all of your purchases from Homeplus. After you have received your furniture order, you have 7 days to decide if you wish to return it. Unfortunately in the case of some beds and all mattresses, for health, safety, hygiene and packing issues, these items cannot be exchanged once packaging has been opened.
Faulty Products
If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.
THIS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

General Conditions
We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the reasonable control of Coslo (Chatham) Limited t/as Homeplus.
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force.
We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. Natural products may show some colour variations. All sizes quoted are approximate.
Coslo (Chatham) Limited t/as Homeplus, will do all that it reasonably can to meet the date given for delivery. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, beyond the reasonable control of Coslo (Chatham) Limited t/as Homeplus., Coslo (Chatham) Limited t/as Homeplus., may not be able to do so. In such circumstances Coslo (Chatham) Limited t/as Homeplus., will contact the Customer and agree an alternative date. The Customer will also do all that he/she reasonably can to enable the delivery to take place on the given date. In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Customer the Customer may not be able to do so. In such circumstances the Customer will contact Coslo (Chatham) Limited t/as Homeplus.and agree an alternative date.
As soon as Coslo (Chatham) Limited t/as Homeplus., has delivered the goods, the Customer will be responsible for their safekeeping and Coslo (Chatham) Limited t/as Homeplus., will not be responsible for any damage or fault arising from incorrect storage. If the Customer delays a delivery, Coslo (Chatham) Limited t/as Homeplus's responsibility for everything other than damage due to its negligence will end on the date Coslo (Chatham) Limited t/as Homeplus..agreed to deliver them as set out in the contract.
Ownership of the goods shall remain with Coslo (Chatham) Limited t/as Homeplus.and shall not pass to the Customer until the agreed price for them, together with all other sums due from the Customer to Coslo (Chatham) Limited t/as Homeplus., have been paid in full.
To the extent permitted by law, Coslo (Chatham) Limited t/as Homeplus., accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising as a consequence of the advice provided.
These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.
Contracts are made and accepted subject to these Conditions of Sale. Contracts that are made in Scotland shall be governed by Scottish Law otherwise this contract shall be governed by English Law and no other.
In these terms and conditions:
"Homeplus" means, Coslo (Chatham) Limited t/as Homeplus..and any other connected organisation that supplies the goods ordered by you and any successor to its business;
"We and Us" means Coslo (Chatham) Limited t/as Homeplus., either alone or together with you, as the context requires;
"Working day" means every day of the year except weekends, and English statutory and public holidays;
"You" means the person ordering goods subject to these terms and conditions;
